  • 2corn on the cobs
  • Seasoning
  • Paprika
  • Cooking oil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare the corn "ribs" using a Sharp knife please be careful when cutting these. Cut the corn in half in the middle, then cut each half into 4 quarters to give you 8 pieces (as pictured)

    Place all the corn in a bowl and drizzle over some cooking oil, and coat well. Season with salt and pepper

    Place on a wire rack and sprinkle over your paprika. Grill under a hot grill for 10 minutes and you are ready to serve.
