Seafood sticks (as many as you like)
Corn flour
White wine
Frying oil
lemon or lime

Sprinkle the sea sticks with white wine and cornflour.

Deep-fry in oil at 180°C until swelled.

When swelled, remove from oil, drain and serve hot with lemon or lime!
