Tofu with pepper sauce

Get your ready made tofu.

Cut your tofu in chunks

Break and whisk eggs in a bowl. Egg wash your tofu then fry in pre heated vegetable oil. Drain and set aside

Chop your red pepper and scotch bonnet in small pieces. Crush your garlic and chop your ginger.

Add a little vegetable oil in a saucepan. Put in your ginger, garlic and a little onion. Saute till onions are translucent. Add your seasonings. Stir, taste and correct seasoning. Add in your onion and green pepper (sliced). Allow to fry a bit.

You can either immerse your tofu in the pepper sauce, stir and allow to simmer for about 2 minutes. Or you can drizzle your sauce over the tofu.
