Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 cuprice
  • 3 glassesmilk
  • As RequiredFew kesar soaked in 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1 cupsugar
  • As RequiredChopped dry fruits (roasted in ghee)
  • 1 tablespooncustard powder
  • 4-5cardamon
  • 1 cupmakhana (roasted and roughly grind)

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the rice for half an hour and then roasted it in ghee after draining the water.

  2. 2

    Then grind it coarsely in a mixer jar.

  3. 3

    Pressure cook the rice with 1 glass of milk till 1 whistle.

  4. 4

    Then open the cooker and add the remaining milk, sugar, and elaichi and cook it till it becomes thick.

  5. 5

    Then add makhana powder and custard powder and mix. Stir continuously for some time.

  6. 6

    Then add roasted dry fruits and mix them.

  7. 7

    Cook it till the consistency become thick.

  8. 8

    Serve warm or chilled as you like. Enjoy
