Wash & cut the inner portions of the parwal. Remove the seeds.

To boiled the potato, peel, and mash. Heat a pan add 1spoon oil, put 1/2tspcuminseeds&1pinch asafoetida, and crackle 1mints.Then add 1tsp coursely grounded ginger garlic sauted, put 1tbsp chopped onion sauted till it becomes golden brown.

Then add the coursely chopped parwal seeds sauted 1mints. Then add mashed potatoes, turmeric corianderpowder, salt& red chili powder, mix it well& cook till it becomes dry.Off the cool the potato mixture.

Stuff the potato mixture on the inner side of the porwal.Frythis porwal,& side it.

Heat a pan add oil put cuminseeds, asafoetida crackle mints. Then put chopped onion sauted till it becomes golden brown.Then add ginger garlic paste sauted add tomato paste sauted till it's aroma is outgoing.

Then add all spices and mix it well.add 1tbsp water cooked nicely.Then add 2cup water mix it well and cover it.

Whenever water started boiling add the stuff parwal & cover it. Cooked 5 mints. Sprinkle garam masala & off the flame. Bharwa parwal sabji is ready to serve.Serve with rice, roti or chapati.
