  • A fewleaves of basel
  • Salt & water
  • Olive oil

  1. 1

    Cut aubergine into dice or the equivalent size.

    Soak into salted water. 1 cup of water with 1 tbsp salt. I put approximately 15 min to make it soften.

    Squeeze water out by hands and make the aubergine tender.

    Add basel leaves and mix with olive oil.
