Mashed your avocado and add salt and pepper to taste.

Flatten your slice bread and remove the edges.

Put your avocado mixture in the middle of the flat bread and make a dough, you can make a samosa shape or other shape of your choice. use fork to stick the edge.

Put the dough in a well stirred egg, sprinkle your breadcrumbs (optional).

It can be served with hot tea in the morning or night. NB: don’t let the dough and the avocado paste stay long without refrigerating.
