  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 tbspbesan
  • 2Chopped green chilies
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • 5-6chopped bhindi
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • pinchhing
  • 1 inchgrated ginger

Steps

    In pan add oil, jeera, hing

  2. 2

    Add green chilies, curry leaves. Add bhendi. Saute 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Whisk curd. Add 1,1/2 cup water, besan.Whisk again.Add 1/4 t..spoon. haldi powder.Add to pan. Add salt, sugar, ginger. Boil it. Stir it while boiling.
