1 Bunchspinach
Handfulscotch bonnet (to taste)
Curry
Seasoning
1large Onions bulb
Cooking oil

Wash and prep the spinach

Perbiol the Macaroni and set aside

To a work, add a cooking spoon of cooking oil, add the chopped onions and stir fry until translucent

Add in the grated Scotch bonnet, Curry seasoning then the parboiled Macaroni and mix

Add the coconut milk and stir then allow to cook

When it's done, add in the chopped spinach, little Scotch bonnet and onions and turn off the heat.
