Ingredients

  1. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  2. As per tasteSalt
  3. 1/2 tspsugar
  4. 1/2part fresh mint leaves
  5. 1part fresh coriander leaves
  6. As RequiredLemon juice
  7. 5 small cloves of garlic
  8. As RequiredCurd (add gradually and adjust consistency)
  9. 1fresh green chilli (adjust as needed)

Cooking Instructions

    In a blender jar, take cleaned coriander leaves, and mint leaves.
    Add salt, sugar, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, green chili, and curd.

    Blend smooth. Add lemon juice and blend again.
    Check consistency, if required add some more curd.
    As you get your preferred consistency.
    It's ready to serve!!

    This goes well with rice/ pulao/ biryani/samosa/ bread chop.
