Collect all ingredientes, make batter from besan and rice flour,add salt and keep aside for 20 min

In a bowl, mix sprout's and veggie, 1 pinch black pepper, meyonisse, mix herbs, mix all well,

Heat a non-stick pan sprinkle oil and, spread a ladder of batter and cover it for few seconds,

Now spread, veggies mixture on on chila,and cover it, agin cook nicely
Remove in plate, serve hot with green coriander chutney
