Steps

Seperate methi leaves and wash it and chop it.

Slice the onion, garlic and fry it till translucent, grind it with paneer,curd, and little milk to smooth.

Heat ghee add cinnamon, pepper,cloves,jeera,bay leaf green chilly paste, ginger paste fry for a while then add chopped methi and cook till it dries then add peas mix it.

Now add masala powders and salt and ground paste mix it well check the consistency and salt.

Methi Matar is ready to serve with bajra roti/rice.
