Clean and cut the chicken wings

Marinade the chicken with the blended garlic, ginger, lemon juice, salt and seasoning and cover in the fridge for 30-40 mins

Main while prepare the glaze by mixing the corn flour in very little water like 1 table spoon.

Then add in the butter

Place a pan on fire and pour in the ketchup, chili sauce, honey and allow to heat up

Then add the flour and butter mix and continue stirring

Add little seasoning and let it fry for 1-2 minutes then turn of heat

Now deep fry the chicken until cooked, tender and golden brown then add it immediately to the glaze sauce (adding the chicken while hot will allow for proper absorption of the glaze flavor)

Place back on medium heat and continue stirring for 2 to 3 minutes until all sauce is properly absorbed by the chicken
