Bourbon barbecue chicken lasagna roll ups

Preheat oven 350.

Cook lasagna according to package instruction

If you bought a whole rotisserie chicken like I did, shred your chicken. I used the breast. Then in a large bowl add cream cheese, 1 cup cheddar cheese, cajun seasoning, paprika, parsley and egg. Use a mixer, hand or stand on medium speed to combine the ingredients.

Then add the chicken and green onions and combine on slow speed mixer. You can use a whisk if u don't have a mixer.

Make the barbecue sauce
Combine bbq sauce, 2tbsp red wine vinegar, bourbon sauce and ginger in a bowl. - 6
On a single sheet of cooked lasagna apply the chicken mixture in the middle of you can roll it like a meat ball n put it in the center of the lasagna. And roll the lasagna like a log.

Do this for all 8 lasagna and then place them in your greased baking dish.

Pour bbq sauce mixture on top of the lasagna and around it in the baking dish

Cover tightly with aluminum foil and baked for 45mins.

After 45 mins remove from oven and add 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, you can add more to your taste. I used mozarella cheese also And then place back in the oven for another 5mins or until cheese is melted.

Remove from oven and sit for 5 mins, garnish with spring onions and drizzle ranch dressing n grated parmesan cheese. This is optional but it taste great with it.
