Add sabudana to a wide bowl and wash it with water 2 to 3 times. Add ½ cup of water and soak for at least 4-5 hours.

Once they are soaked they will turn soft and fluffy and will soak all the water.

To the bowl add soaked sabudana and mashed potatoes and mix well. Now add roasted peanuts, green chillies, rocksalt, coriander leaves and cumin seeds. Add lemon juice (optional). Mix everything well and combine like a dough.

Make small balls.

Now shallow fry them in appam pan and on very low flame cook it on all sides.

Sabudana vada pops are ready to be served with plain curd or green chutney.
