Roast the vermicelli and chopped almonds.

Cook the vermicelli and almonds in hot olive oil. Add chopped green chili and fry for a minute.

Add salt and water. Bring to boil and mix the mango pickle. Wait till the water is absorbed by the vermicelli.

Garnish with green coriander and Serve hot.
