In a pot heat up oil and add onions, fry until golden brown

Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for few minutes

Add mince and fry until it changes its colour

Add spices (salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder) and fry for few minutes

Add tomatoes, a little bit water, cover it, cook it on low flame

Fry It until oil comes over the surface

Add cauliflower to it.... Çover and cook it on medium flame

When cauliflower becomes tender, open the lid, cook on high flame until oil comes over the surface.... Add green chillies and coriander

Gobhi keema is ready to be served
