Wash the carrots and potatoes and peas properly with water in a big vessel. Now cut the carrots and potatoes into small pieces.

Now take a big fry Pan and put some cooking oil and heat it. Now put chopped onion, ginger, and garlic paste and cook it at medium flame for some time.

Now add tomato paste and red chili powder turmeric powder and Garam Masala. Add salt as per the taste. Cook it for 10 minutes till it changes the colour.

Now put carrots and potatoes and peas in the pan and mix it properly. Cook it for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes serve it on a plate and put some coriander under the leaves for garnish.
