Fried rice and pepper meat sauce

Wash and drain your rice

Season your beef with onions, garlic powder, bullion cubes, curry, thyme and add water and boil it for 15 minutes

Chop your green beans, carrot, and onions

Blend your habanero pepper and bell peppers together and pound or blend your garlic and ginger

Cut and blend your spring onions leaves

Turn off the heat heat of your beef and strain and fry it

Put the same oil you used in frying your beef in a bigger pot,

Add half your garlic and ginger in the pot along with half portion of your onion fry for 5 minutes and add your rice

Keep stirring your rice until it is has become very light to stir

Then add your beef stock, add boiling water, grounded spring onions leaves, bullion cubes, curry, salt and cover your pot.

Cook for 15 minutes and add your green beans and carrot. And cook for another 10 minutes or more depending on how fast your source of Cooking is. And voilà your fried rice is ready

For your pepper beef sauce add the remaining onions, garlic and ginger stir and fry for 5 minutes

Add your pepper mix and curry and fry it for some minutes. Add your beef, bullion cubes and voilà your beef sauce is ready
