Cut the nuts and fry them on low flame with 1 or 2 tsp ghee.

In the same pan heat 1 cup ghee and roast, the atta on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes or till its colour changes to a golden brown.

Transfer roasted atta to a plate and let it cool. Add sugar powder, nuts, and cardamom powder to the flour when it's still warm.

Mix everything well and make a small ladoo by rolling them in the palm.

Let the ladoo cool down completely in room temperature then store them in an airtight container and enjoy for weeks.
