Take a bowl and add yogurt to it whisk the yogurt until smooth. Add salt to the yogurt and mix well so that the flavor gets incorporated.

Now take a plate and arrange the papdis on it. Peel the parboiled potatoes and chop them into cubes. Once the papdis are arranged add some chopped potatoes, onion, and tomato on top. Now add green chutney, tamarind chutney, yogurt on top. You can also add more as per your taste.

Sprinkle chaat masala powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Garnish with coriander leave and sev serve at once.
