Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 Litreheavy cream milk
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1/2cardamom powder
  • 2 tbspjamun puree(java plum)

Steps

  1. 1

    First keep milk for boiling

    Once it starts boiling, add vinegar

  3. 3

    It will get curdled

    Turn off the flame

  5. 5

    Drain all water

  6. 6

    Again turn on the flame

  7. 7

    Add sugar

  8. 8

    The sugar will melt and the mixture will be watery, cook for min 4-5 min till all water evaporates

  9. 9

    Now turn off the flame and add cardamom powder

  10. 10

    Make two parts of kalakand keep aside one part of cardamom kalakand

  11. 11

    And in the remaining part add jamun puree(wash and remove seeds and make puree in a blender, don't add water)

    Note- add jamun puree in cold kalakand and don't cook after that otherwise beautiful color will vanish

    Now take small serving glasses

    Add cardamom kalakand at bottom

  15. 15

    Give a layer of jamun Kalakand

  16. 16

    Place jamun puree and fresh cherry on top
