Namkeen Daliya

I am always look out for healthy recipes which are quick to make, digestive and are comforting as well. Daliya is healthy, adding vegetables in it makes it more nutritious. You can cook it in a pressure cooker and can add as many vegetables as spinach, carrots, tomatoes, corn etc. Also this can be given to 8-9 months babies too. The water can be adjusted to make the consistency thick or loose. Do give it a try.
