Steps

Preparation time-5 mins, Cooking time -10 mins
  1. 1

In a bowl break eggs and add milk. With a fork beat but not hard. Never whisk for scrambled eggs as you will ruin your hard work.

  2. 2

Smear bread slices with mayonnaise on both sides. In a pan on medium flame toast the bread and the bread will be crispy, set aside

  3. 3

In the same pan heat butter and add the eggs, spread evenly and with a spatula bring the eggs to the centre simultaneously keep spreading the uncooked parts, keep flame on low to medium.

  4. 4

Switch off the flame and let the scrambled eggs get cooked from the pans heat.

  5. 5

Place lettuce on the toasted bread and place the scrambled eggs, sprinkle black pepper powder and pinch of salt

  6. 6

PS - Never add ketchup to scrambled eggs as it will ruin the taste.

Never add salt and pepper while beating the eggs. Add at the end

  7. 7

Serve with a beverage and I chose cranberry juice
