Stuffed moong daal chilla

Soak Moong daal for 1 hour. Rinse the extra water and grind it with ginger and chiilies

Take a bowl and smash paneer in it. Now add all the veggies by finely chopped and add spices into this mixture

Take a non-stick pan and add 1 teaspoon oil and rub it. Put the moong daal better on pan and let it cook from both side

Now add the stuffing at the middle of chilla and fold it from both side
- 5
You can serve it with sauce and green chutney.
