Boil Rosmarino with salt and olive oil. When it cooked, drain and set aside.

Heat the saucepan, put butter in. Add red onion, stir fry until translucent. Add garlic, stir fry until fragrant. Add baby spinach, stir fry until cooked. Add Rosmarino, fresh cream and egg. Seasoning with salt and black pepper. Stir, add oregano and mozzarella cheese. Ready to enjoy ☺️
