Steps

Soak rice for 8hrs or overnight with with vinegar, drain the water
- 2
In a bowl add water (you need less water I.e half water needed to cook rice that is not soaked), bay leaves, thyme and salt and bring to boil

Then add honey, soy sauce, and add the rice on moderate heat and allow to cook. The rice will gradually absorb all the flavour. Keep aside when done

Add 3 cooking spoon of oil let it heat up, add onions, garlic and stirfry till golden brown

Add green pepper and sausage, tomato/pepper paste continue to stir fry for couple of minutes, add curry, seasoning, then lastly carrots and scallions. Stir for few minutes

Mix with the flavored rice and allow to simmer for 3-5 min

And serve this breathtaking rice meal😋
