Masala maggi

In a deep bottomed pan over medium flame and add water in it and bring it to a boil. Once the water begains to boil, add Maggi. Let it cook till the Maggi is soft and tender.

Heat the oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onion saute till soft and golden in color. Add finely chopped tomatoes for a tangy taste till they are soft and mushy you can also add any veggies of your choice.

Add finely chopped green chili fry for a minute.

Add 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp red chili powder, 1/2 tbsp garam masala, and salt to taste saute for a minute on a low flame.

Add boiled Maggi and Tastemaker masala mix well. Maggi masala is ready to Serve hot.
