Steps

In mixing bowl add mashed banana + maida + semolina + salt + sugar + curd + cinnamon powder + milk and give good mix. Keep in rest for 20 - 30 minutes.

Lastly add baking soda and give a gentle mix. Batter is ready.

Place pan / tawa on low heat, grease with butter, pour a medium ladle of batter on the pan in a circular shape, and cook under low to medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

After a few minutes surface turns dry and appears to bubble, flip, and cook the other side for a few minutes.
Pancakes are ready. - 5
Pair with milk and let the kids take the beneficial advantage of banana pancakes.
