Now apply a layer of hung curd(drain all water from curd, keep curd on a strainer for min 30min, add 1 pinch of salt, whisk with a hand whisk)

Decorate with edible pearls, a few lettuce leaves, and cucumber slices.

Burger cake is ready to Serve.
