Wash & strain the sama rice & keep it aside

Heat a pan add ghee,put cumin seeds crackle min. Then add grated ginger, green chilli & curry leaves sauted a few.

Now add boiled & cut piece of potato sauted a mints.

Add sama rice mix it well.Add salt & roasted peanuts mix it well & cover it to cook nicely.

Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix it well and off the flame. Millet upma is ready. Serve with curd.
