1Onion, diced
1 tspChilli powder, coriander powder
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1 tbspCurd
1 tspGaram masala
As RequiredOil
As per tasteSalt
1 tspKasuri methi
1 tspMilk cream

Marinate diced paneer, onion and capsicum with all the ingredients.

Keep aside. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

Add oil in a pan and shallow fry the marinated paneer. Saute well.

Sprinkle kasuri methi and milk cream. Serve hot.
