Frozen berry yoghurt

Such a quick healthy dessert - love the addition of banana here. Refreeze it like I've done here for a sorbet vibe, but it's also delicious without refreeezing - a colourful frozen yoghurt that kids will love too.

Steps
- 1
Put all the ingredients in a blender/food processor.
- 2
Blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides with a spatula. This may take a good 5 minutes.
You can eat this now, but for a sorbet vibe, refreeze it.
- 3
Transfer to a freezer-proof container, smoothing it out evenly. Return to the freezer to freeze for a few hours.
- 4
When you're ready to eat, remove from freezer and leave to soften for 5 mins. Scoop into bowls and enjoy!
