Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 1 tspGarlic
  • 1Onion
  • 1 cupBoneless Chicken
  • 3-4Tomatoes
  • 1Carrot
  • 1 tspKarahi masala
  • 2 tbspKetchup
  • 2 tbspChilli sauce
  • 2 tbspSoya sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 1Capsicum
  • 1/2 packetNoodles

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop all the vegetables.

    Boil noodles according to the instructions.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Fry garlic till light golden.

    Add in onion and fry till it starts turning light golden.

    Add in chicken,tomatoes,carrot and karahi masala.

    Bhoono it well.

    Cook covered till chicken is tender.

    Add in remaining ingredients and give it a good mix.

    Let it rapidly boil.

    Lastly fold in noodles.

    Serve straight away.
