Take the semolina in a mixer jar and crush it well. Then add wheat flour, yogurt, water, salt and mix it well. Now, keep this better in a bowl and cover it for 15 mins.

Peel off boiled potatoes and smash it well by hand. Now, heat oil in a pan, add chana Daal and urhad daal and saute for 5 mins. Then add mustard seeds, cumin, chopped onion, chilli and again saute it well.

Once onion becomes soft, add grated ginger, curry leaves, asafoetida, turmeric, salt and stir it well.

Then, add potatoes and half cup of water and mix it again well and turn off the gas flame. Then add coriander and lemon juice and mix properly. So Aloo Masala is Ready.

Now, add a chopped beetroot add half a cup of water in a mixer jar and make juice for color.

Then, add baking soda and this beet juice to the prepared better, mix and fill the better in the sauce bottle. Now, Heat a frying pan and design a net on it using sauce bottle and fry it well on both sides.

Now place Aloo Masala on one strip of net dosa and roll it well. So, Beetroot Net Rava Masala Dosa is ready. Serve it with Hot Sambhar.
