Ingredients

  • 50 gmred button chillies
  • 100 gmcumin
  • 100 gmcoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift cumin and coriander well..

  2. 2

    Roasted all three ingredients on a fry pan over low flame for about 2,3 min..

  3. 3

    Now rest it for 5 min..

  4. 4

    Grind in three batches.. Do not over grind.. just give quick 2,3 punch..

  5. 5

    Keep in a jar on room temperature..
