Steps

Firstly wash all dals properly and soak for 20 minutes.

Then pour the daal and water together.

Add salt,turmeric powder and minced garlic mix it well.

Turn on the gas when 2 whistles came sim the gas for 10 mins after that turn of the gas.

For tadka heat, ghee add cumin seeds and hing. Add all spices and pour the tadka in daal.
it's ready. Serve hot with chapati.
