Peel & wash pumpkin. Now grate it from thick side of grater. Boil milk on another side of stove.

Now in a nonstick pan add ghee & roast pumpkin, till soft. Check the milk it would be half of quantity.

Now add roasted pumpkin, sugar & milk powder. Boil it more time, till all ingredients mix proper.

When it cooked proper, add nutmeg powder. Keep aside for cool. Now keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Add dry fruits before serve. Garnish it with saffron & chironji. Yummy sweet dish is ready for eid celebration.
