Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 cupfermented dosa idli batter
  2. 1 cupchopped vegetables of your choice
  3. As RequiredButter/oil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a cast iron tawa and pour a ladleful of dosa batter. Spread it slightly and make thick Uttapam.

    As soon as you see some holes on the top of the dosa, start sprinkling the mixed vegetables all over the dosa.

  3. 3

    Drizzle 2 tsp of oil around it. By this time, the bottom portion of the dosa would have cooked. Flip the dosa, press it lightly with the dosa flipper, and cook the dosa on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

    Serve with fresh coconut chutney.
