Soyabean keema Matar

Boil the soyabean then drain the water when it becomes soft.

Add turmeric powder,Coriander powder, salt and gram flour to soyabean in one bowl and mix it.

Take a pan add 2tbsp oil and saute the sayabean chunks till it become golden brown golden.

Then keep it for cool and grind it roughly.

Then take a woke and add oil, add whole garam masala then chopped onion and saute it.Add tomato,ginger garlic paste.

Saute all the ingredients till it leaves oil and then add pea and soyabean chunks keema and cover it for 10 minutes.

Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil and add add chopped garlic 3-4, sliced green chilly and tomato for tempering.

Garnish it with coriender leaves and serve it chapati or Paratha.
