Firstly take a nonstick wok add butter/ oil then add chopped onions sauté until slightly brown now add tomato purée all spices mix it well & add roughly chopped boiled potatoes, and boiled chana discard the water or use in the same recipe. next Mix everything and adds a cup of water cover the lid & cook for 8-10 minutes.

Finally adjust the consistency of the gravy at this point simmer it for 2 more minutes by then adding coriander leaves, lemon juice, Kasuri methi some butter. and our deliciously awesome chana masala is ready to serve with hot fried puris.plz check the link pinned above for a puris recipe with the spice of peri or pain puris can be equally delicious..!
