Assemble ingredients

In moderately heated pan add oil, add mustard seeds and allow to sizzle then add onion + carrot + capsicum + beans + cucumber + green chilli and sauté under medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

Add boiled macaroni, gently mix, and cook for 4-5 minutes. Lastly add chopped coriander.

Simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes more and Macaroni is ready to go to lunch box.

Pair with fruit juice for a complete lunch.
