In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, salt, crushed red pepper, and chaat masala. Mix well, then add the paneer cubes and coat them evenly. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.

Heat a skillet and brush it with ghee. Sauté the diced onion for 1 minute, then add the bell pepper and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Cook the marinated paneer for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden. Serve the paneer tikka hot, topped with cilantro and extra chaat masala, along with green chutney.
