You have to separately soak in water for 4hours
And grind separately in a mixie with help of ice cubes first take urad dal by using ice cubes grind it smoothly your batter will be doubled do not use to much water... - 2
Then take idli rice,plain rice,meth seeds,poha, Sabhu dhanya everything mix and grind it and mix your urad dal and rice batter add salt and keep it away for 2to 3hours.if you want to prepare immediately within hour an time then you can mix cooking soda then your batter will be immediately ferminate.

Then take a idli steamer plate grease it with drop of oil and pour your prepared idli with little size spoon to the little plater if kutti idli plate.cover it with your filled water of idli steamer let them steam for 10 minute.your kutti idli ready

Side dish you can prepare either coriander chutney ir coconut chutney.your wish..

Next boil your two eggs top with salt and pepper,and chilli flakes...
