While there are many variants of this snack, I share a tasty vegetarian version of thin, soft wheat roti stuffed with crispy Aloo Tikki (potato patties), grated carrots, onions and other vegetables.

This delicious frankie recipe is a snack that everyone will enjoy and is a popular vegetarian street food option across India. While there are many variants of this snack, I share a tasty vegetarian version of thin, soft wheat roti stuffed with crispy Aloo Tikki (potato patties), grated carrots, onions and other vegetables.

First, take the half-cooked roti on a plate and then spread some ketchup, green chutney, and red chili sauce as per taste.

Then add all the vegetables (carrot, capsicum, tomato, onion, and cabbage) to the half-cooked roti.

Then n sprinkle some red chili powder, salt, peri-peri masala n cheese, and some mayonnaise on the roti.

Then roll the roti in a Frankie.

Then roll the roti in a Frankie.

Now turn the frankie and roast it till it's cooked and golden brown.

Then turn off the stove and put Frankie on a plate.
