  • 4 cupsflour
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1egg
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1 tbspyeast
  • 1tspn salt
  • 1/2 cupsugar

Steps

    In a bowl add yeast and milk allow to activate

  2. 2

    Add egg..sugar …and Flour

  3. 3

    Knead for 10mins and allow to rest

  4. 4

    Put in a work space and knead for about 30mins

    Cut into circles and allow to rise

    Rub egg with brush and bake

  7. 7

    Rub butter immediately after removing from oven
