  2. 2potatoes
  3. 2eggs
  4. Salt/pepper
  5. favorite spices
  6. 3 tablespooncorn starch
  7. Sour cream to serve

    Grade your Zucchini and potatoes.

  2. 2

    Add eggs and cornstarch. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Fry on medium heat 2 minutes each side.

  4. 4

    Serve with sour cream
