Ingredients

10 minutes
  • 1 bunchfresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 bunchcoriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoonsdesiccated coconut/fresh coconut shredded
  • 3-4garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoonsugar & 2 ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 2green chili’s
  • 1lemon juice
  • For tempering:-
  • 1Kashmiri dried red chilli
  • 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1spring curry leaves

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly wash the leaves of mint & coriander pop it in a blender cup add,green chili’s,salt,sugar,lemon juice,desiccated coconut powder blend it until smooth texture if required add 2 tablespoon water or avoid adding it to store it for longer than a week in refrigerator.finally pop it in a serving bowl.

    Pick a ladle take very hot boiled oil in it & just add cumin seeds & curry leaves keep in hot oil the ladle base for few seconds & it’s done drizzle it over the chutney also dip the dry red chilli in hot oil once & remove it set it on chutney.our drooling & tempting coconut mint chutney is ready…!
