Ingredients

5-6 persons

30 gramMaida
7 gramCocoa Powder
50 grampowder sugar
1/4 tspBaking powder
1 pinchsalt
1 pinchcoffee powder
15 mlOil
22 mlhot milk
2eggs
1/4 tspvanilla essence
Filling/Frosting
1 cupwhipped cream
chocolate sauce
chocolate chips

Steps

In a bowl mix Cocoa powder+ coffee,milk and oil make a thick paste and set aside.

In other bowl beat eggs+powder sugar and essence until fluffy and creamy in texture.

Add Cocoa powder paste and Maida in eggs and beat to well combine (don't over mix the batter).

Pour the batter in pan and bake.
when cake cools down then make crumbs.

Take a glass and add cake crumb layer and pour chocolate sauce add whipped cream layer and choco chips.
again repeat the layers.
on top of glass add chocolate chips and chocolate sauce.

Chill glass for 1-2hours in refrigerator and then serve 😊
