Ingredients

  • 3 tbspSattu Flour
  • 2 tbspchopped Onion
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tspchopped green chilli
  • 1 glassWater (chilled)

  1. 1

    Assemble ingredients

    In a mixing bowl add 1/2 glass water, add sattu powder + salt and give a good mix. Make a smooth paste and remove lumps (if any)
    Then add remaining water + lemon juice + onion + green chilli + coriander and stir well.

    Sattu drink is ready and pour into serving glass.
